Katie Poidomani is the director of Verge Group, with over 25 years’ experience as a conversation designer and content designer, UX writer and chatbot data specialist.
She started a newspaper for her primary school aged 8 and hasn’t stopped writing since. This is time it’s for digital products rather than on newsprint.
